THE LEARNING CONCEPT OF THE TECHNOLOGY
OF CONTINUOUS FLOW REACTORS.
One of the main Wingflow’s challenges is the education of qualified teachers for studying purposes of the continuous reactor’s technology in secondary and higher education institutions.
For these purposes a laboratory unit Education Kit“eduFLOSYS” is proposed, which consists of 4 microreactors, 2 continuous pumps and practical training manual with a full description of a series of reactions in laboratory.
For high schools with advanced study of chemistry and pharmacy a fully automatic Qmix device is recommend – for learning purposes, as well as for basic research in the field of pharmacy, chemistry and biochemistry.
Goals and objectives of eduFLOSYS
Continuous micro-reactors have a number of advantages, while revolutionizing the technique of chemical synthesis. In order to widely and effectively utilize the enormous potential of the new innovative technology, one must provide studying of the technology of continuous reactors in higher and secondary educational institutions with the emphasis on chemistry.
The proposed set includes 4 micro-reactors and 2 pumps of continuous operation. All micro-reactors are micro-mixers and reaction loops in one with different geometries for experimental study of the conditions of micro-mixing, depending on the reaction.
